Decent staff and good selection of carpet

I received poor advice from the salesman and selected a carpet that was a very inferior choice. I learned after they installed the carpet that it was a remnant. The installation was terrible. Every thing was so unsatisfactory that I had the carpet taken out and replaced. The owner refused to give me an adequate refund.
