They do a good job and have parts in stock. They are busy but their service a advisors do a good job phoning you or text messaging you with status.

They failed to first do a simple computer check of the car's computer to diagnose the problem properly (which was just an erroneous engine alert! fixable my downloading a computer update indicating the car couldn't be driven) and instead replaced a thermostat unnecessarily and tried to charge me $1,100 for it. This was during a pandemic during Christmas week.
