From start to finish - my first complimentary service was smooth, easy, friendly and started and ended on time. The check-in is super easy and the service areas are clean and organized. There was no upsale attempt and the car was returned as I brought it in (no damage).

This place is huge and crowded, so it can take quite a while to drop off or pick up a car. The service managers are great, but on at least one occasion, the work was not done properly.

Was pleasantly surprised that when I was told I needed new tires (which I did) that they offered an extremely competitive price -- the lowest price I had paid for tire replacements in 120,000 miles of driving. I no longer have a need buy tires from a tire dealer.
