BMW of San Francisco is an inept auto repair facility. They are dishonest and deceitful. Please avoid at all costs for non-warranty work. (Note that this review is for their customer service department and management. It does not include the mechanics as the work was eventually done correctly.)

Have had our Mini since 2009 and always use the dealership for repairs and have had excellent results. They are very responsive and up front about repairs needed. Also give a loyalty discount. Plus can give you a car to use while repairs done. Second car purchase from this dealership and am very satisfied.
