Worker arrived on time; checked pump to be sure it really wasn't working. He had a pump in his truck but checked the price to let me know the cost before installing and what the total cost of visit would be. He serviced the whole furnace and actually told me how to save money on the complicated filter system this furnace has. Extremely pleasant, efficient, representative of Apollo, with a very organized supply of parts.

Our furnace had been out for several days and I was anticipating a $4500 furnace replacement job. I called Apollo and scheduled for them to come out in a few days. They had been recommended by our trusted plumber (Heise's) but had been so booked up that I had searched through Yelp and found a different, highly rated furnace company that could come sooner. The other company had said that the furnace needed to be replaced and wasn't worth fixing and that it would cost $4500 to do the work. Chris came out several days later, said the furnace was running fine and just needed a $21 capacitor replaced. He said that is the most common item to go bad on our furnace. He was incredibly nice, thorough and got our furnace back up and running perfectly. Thank you so much to them! That saved us an enormous amount of money!
