I had a situation where my photo eyes had bad wiring and the door was stuck open. The R&S Team (Luis and Fernando) were onsite in less than an hour (after business hours, too) and quickly fixed the problem. The "after hours" rate is pretty high but I don't think they're the only vendor to have such a surcharge for emergency response, and it was great to have the problem solved pretty quickly. They also gave me some good information about getting a new system since mine is probably more than 25 years old.

Living in an older home with a rather small garage, I was concerned about the fit for my car. Marco did an initial evaluation, including measurements. And just to be sure, he came by a second time to double-check. Finally the day came to do the installation, and I found myself in the capable hands of Luis and Eric, with Marco checking in. The door fit fine, with Luis and Eric taking the time necessary to tweak everything so the automatic open and close worked as they should. I was happy with the job done.
