The store did just what I wanted. Everything sorted by color and type, no chatty, pushy sales person but help easily available, obvious pricing without "add-ons". The delivery and installation was done on time and reasonably well. All in all, an experience you hope for but often fail to find.

Was never called when our order was delivered to their warehouse. I had to do all of the follow up. Apparently the sales person we were dealing with either quit or was fired, and nobody followed up on her customers who had purchased carpet and was waiting for installation.
