I was told by the customer service representative that I had to replace the power steering hoses at a cost of $500.00. I got a second opinion and the fluid was replaced at a cost $150.00

Had a Toyota RAV4 hybrid battery replaced. Not the large hybrid battery, but the small lead acid battery. The cost of the battery was $400.00. I dont know why it was so expensive. It looks the same as a regular car battery which costs about a hundred bucks. The service person did not know the cost, and estimated as much lower (about $100, I think) I found out the price when I came to pick up the car and got a surprise.
