My personal contact for my Homeowners Association is Dawn Friesen. She is superior! However, I am less impressed with some other staff members, including the principal, "Bob", who has the physical appearance of a highly functioning but long-term alcoholic. Bob is not responsive to anyone who is not a Board member, which is probably as it should be. I have no reason to doubt his competency other than the way he reminds me of the alcoholics in my own family.
