took 8 months to get delivery on purchase

We purchased a recliner a couple of days before the Covid Lockdown and it then became caught in limbo for several months. The store became rude about it, we paid $1,108 for the chair and they wouldn't refund us nor would they deliver the chair til I finally complained to their corporate office, then they delivered the chair.

We always go for La-Z-Boy recliners when we need a new chair, but have learned to love their sofas and sectionals as well. And a La-Z-Boy Gallery is the best place to view all the configurations, and even the customized upholstery available, to make your house a coordinated home.
