Jeff does love sprinkler systems…..have had him install/update system, and timers. …called several times over last few years, as leaks do happen. Thorough……not, as I learned, like some of the leak “specialists” who don’t check for multiple leaks. Have Flume which tells me water usage, by the way. Not sure which cities have it available.

Jeff's motto is "I fix everything but broken hearts". He's really a very talented handyman. He will study the job, think quietly for a moment, and then tell you exactly what he will do for the repair, replacement, etc. When we wanted a safe installed, he was excellent on discussing the disadvantage of the idea we had had and presented a great rationale for doing the installation in a different place. I understand his favorite work is on sprinkler systems. He will not paint or take (most) jobs outside of Palo Alto. He is forthright and sets a timer when he arrives at your home. His rates (2017) are $60/hour.
