They handled two warranty issues outstandingly well: one issue was given up by Rector Audi (Burlingame) but PA Audi solved. More importantly, they simply would not give up without finding the solution. The second warranty issue they fixed right away and then had a head mechanic drive with me to verify that the issue was resolved. Service Advisor is outstanding.

They did not check tire inflation so we drove on severely under inflated tires for many months. When I challenged them, they blamed it on a previous service from an earlier service. This confirms they didn't check tire pressure, and they didn't accept responsibility. The CEO of Audi Palo didn't seem to care either
