Had a coupon for oil change great price . Service advisor stated up front 1-1/2 hrs wait time . I had an appointment, was there a half hour before , wait time to get checked in about 25 minutes. Official check in time printed on my invoice said 11:25 a.m. Waited until nearly 1:50 pm when car was done . I think one should servicing EARLY if possible and NOT on a Saturday .
