Introduced to new CPA company mainly for taxes but also our trust is becoming a bit more complex. The current CPA was not up for the complexity let alone for in-depth taxes so our financial advisor recommended this office that was in our locale. So far so good, and very responsive although they've just opened up practice or had taken over an existing one.

Not Recommended
Made errors on simple tax return. When they fixed the errors, they introduced additional errors, and when they fixed those errors, they again introduced new ones. I found it to be an exhausting experience.
