If we had a choice would use someone else. Oakland has a contract with them. One of the highest contracts in the nation! They don't consistently empty the can and miss frequently enough. The response, we will remind them and they will get it next week?

When Oakland renegotiates the contract, it would be nice to have WM pick up all and any trash to try and lessen the garbage dumping that is such a huge problem in Oakland. My family in Florida has garbage service that picks up anything customers put on the curb and it is great!
