Everybody in the company is very nice from the estimator, to the workers, to the office staff. They were also very flexible in adjusting to other trades and the City inspector's schedule. A pleasure to do business with. The quality of their work was complimented by the City inspector, Prices were reasonable.

Ehret came to give an estimate for a repair of a small leak in a gas line. They suggested my mother re-pipe the whole house! They were not able to get out to do a repair that day anyway, so we had Pelican come and they did a much less extensive repair for much less money and disruption. I felt it was a total up-sell on Ehret's part.

I had a leaky faucet and took the faucet cylinder to the Ehret shop, asking for the proper washer. The two people behind the counter seemed at a loss to know what I needed. They spent about 25 minutes searching for a washer. Finally they found one that they thought might work. I bought it. Then they spent another 10 minutes trying to make the cash register ring up the sale. I asked them if I could pay without a sale rung up on the cash register, and then they spent another 2-3 minutes trying to figure how much change to give me from a $5 bill. When they finally handed it to me, the amount was less than what I was owed. But it was only a nickel short, and by then I was so ready to get out of there that I didn't dispute it.
