The staff is incompetent; they need to hire competent physical therapists (PT). Plus, they also have PTA that patients can see instead of a PT. Unfortunately, the PTAs do not have the training and knowledge of the PTs. This clinic is a waste of time, energy, and money. After the PT/PTA spends roughly 10 minutes with the patient, they fill the time by doing exercises that can be done at home, applying ice or heat, or using the stationary bike that can be done at home for free. If the acute injury does not improve, they blame it on the patient not on their incompetence.

The staff at Montclair Therapy are very good. They have two locations, one is less convenient to get to , but we were able to get a new patient appointment sooner. After that, we were able to transfer to the closer location. They really pack patients in, there are usually 5-10 people there at a time. They got my husband back into shape after his reconstructive surgery very quickly. Highly recommend!
