After various discussions with LA, PM, and designer, various crews on the job without supervision were unaware of details and often lacked rudimentary English. Some time and materials charges seemed excessive and some crew members were assigned tasks they had no experience doing.

The scope of the project was to replant front, side and back yards. This was explicitly in the drawings specifically enumerated in the contract. Paul Harkness later said that the front yard was not included - costing an additional $10k. The pavers for the driveway took 3 months to complete after 1 redo. The work was generally subpar, however the firepit was well done.
