It's a dealer, so I think the prices are more than at a small shop. [ Brakes are double Big O's price]. But the work is done correctly using the right parts, so I haven't have to worry. Nothing is missing from the car when I pick it up, and I always get a loaner. The thing they do that bugs me is they send me coupons every month for service, and if I forget to present the coupon at point of sale, they won't honor it, even a day later. I unexpectedly needed my brakes replaced and forgot I had a valid coupon in my purse for $100 off the brake job at the time. After discussion with the manager, I did get a credit toward my next service of any kind, which was honored. Overall, the people are friendly and reasonable.
