I had a gas furnace replacement done by Atlas. Everybody I dealt with at Atlas from my first call to schedule a bid to the advice my estimator gave me to the installation crew to the bill payment process was very pleasant and professional. Atlas was rated in Checkbook as having good quality work, but being a bit more expensive. I found their pricing very competitive. Of the three bids I received, Atlas was about $2,500. less than the top bid for comparable equipment.

Have used Atlas for nearly 40 years for routine maintenance and for replacing my original HVAC system several years ago. I have never a reason to complain about the office staff or the technicians. All of them provide excellent work and customer relations.

Atlas has been our furnace company for twenty-five years, have twice installed furnaces for us with a minimum of inconvenience to us, one time in the cold of winter. Wouldn't think of using any other company.
