Ted Chen at The Tax Pros has been doing my taxes for the last eight years. He’s highly professional, efficient, easy to communicate with via email if there are questions or concerns. All filing is done electronically. I don’t have to meet with Ted in person. I upload all my tax documents into an online SmartVault that’s kept by The Tax Pros and is very secure. Yes, he’s more expensive than franchise tax preparers, but worth it, I think because Ted gets my taxes done right the first time. I don’t have to worry about mistakes or errors.
