In the past two years this firm seems to have taken on too many clients resulting in difficulty in completing tax returns in a timely manner. Although they have finished our taxes before the deadline, they have not provided enough time for us to adequately review and correct our returns. During tax time it is very difficult to receive a response to calls or emails.
