Nancy Sidebotham is a tax preparer who has done my taxes for me the past several years. She always responds very quickly, even if it approaching mid-April. We set an appointment and she comes to my house and we go over all the records and documents and she takes the info back to her office and files electronically, and then returns bringing me a hard copy of the whole packet. It seems to me she finds all of my deductions and deprecations and I've never had a problem with the IRS and always get my tax refund promptly. Her rates seem reasonable and it's a relief having her do this job.
