So, I paid over $200 dollars to frame a really important career related achievement certificate. The frame job was great, but they did not stretch the document at all within the frame and it looks all buckled so it needs to be fixed. The more I look at it, the worse it bothers me and I do not want this in my professional office setting looking like this. I am planning to go back and ask them to make the certificate "taut" so there is no buckling when viewed. Very amateurish and annoying as it was over $220 dollars, maybe???
