We've been Kastner customer for four decades, but things changed greatly when the dealership was sold to a national group. Prices for routine maintenance and repair have skyrocketed, and staff have been replaced. The service is still adequate, but outrageously priced. We've moved to Steve Hopkins Honda in Fairfield for service and are very satisfied. My neighbors have done the same.
