The whole experience with Artistic Stone was very positive, from working with the sales people, to the installation itself, and follow up. The sales person I worked with primarily, Sakiko, was very friendly, professional, and responsive. She really came through during the tile installation when I had to reschedule the date of the installation at the 11th hour, because I was having trouble choosing the grout color. Thankfully she and her team were very flexible and rescheduled without a problem. In the end I got the perfect color and the crew did an excellent job installing a difficult tile (due to the size variation of the tile pieces in the mosaic).
Months after the installation, they came out recently to do a little touch up, including filling a small scratch in the quartz countertop. Now I can't even tell where the scratch had been.
In terms of price, I think they are very competitive. Add the top notch service and I think I got excellent value for my money.
Altogether I was very happy that I hired Artistic Stone and I recommend them highly.
