I have consulted Pete Ardren, the owner of South Bay Systems, several times over the last few years, and he's always reliable, pleasant, and friendly. And, most importantly, he always solves my computer problems. Sometimes he's late for appointments because of the volume of his work, but he always calls to inform you that he's running late. He always finishes what he starts and stays until the project is complete. Does not just give you instructions and leave you to flounder with them on your own. He can also help you by logging in to your system remotely.
