We realized we'd forgotten to list a "required minimum distribution" on a previous year's taxes. We consulted with Karen Hahn. She listened carefully to the situation, asked a few questions and immediately relaxed us with assurances the omission wasn't major, as long as we filed a particular form for the missed year. We felt most assured by her knowledge and expertise about our actions. Thanks to Karen, this all concluded for us in the best way possible.

Karen processes our tax return in a timely manner but I don’t consider our taxes to be too difficult and feel her fees are fairly high. This year saw a 25% increase to last year’s tax fee, but very little, if any change, in our taxes.
