I contacted this company for a quote on the replacement of a rain gutter and received a call back in a day. Robert, the owner, made time in his busy schedule to come by and take a look at our gutter, which is on the 2nd story of our split level house. I specified what I wanted, he checked with his supplier and found that they don't carry the specific size (matches our other gutters), but the next size option was available. Robert took measurements and said he would contact me with his estimate in a few days. He also let me know that he had two other jobs and that he could not start the work right away. In a couple of days, Robert contacted me with his estimate. I did not use Robert as I found some other companies have the gutter sizing that we want, but everyone is so busy this time of year, I was not able to get other estimates at this time. I do appreciate Robert's responsiveness, especially when he is so busy.
