They are really nice and always promise to take care of things, but sometimes they forget. They are reluctant to accept responsibility when things don't work right, and you have to push really hard for an adjustment to their fees, even if the problem was their responsibility. That said, however, I have used so many that were so much worse, that they seem extraordinary by comparison. Pool service is not a field that employs geniuses, so we have to be realistic. At least, these guys are genuinely nice.
