I called them to find out if they carry the type of garage door I was looking for (steel). I asked if building permits were required for replacing garage doors and if so, if that was included in their price. The person I talked to didn't know if building permits were required to replace garage doors, and only wanted to schedule someone to come out and make an estimate. We did not hire them, or even get an estimate because I did not get the impression they would be able to provide the service and garage door I was looking for.
