I took my car in for just an oil change. The computer system wasn't working but I'd had this down at Skip's before, before ownership changed, so didn't mind not getting a printed statement. When I picked up the car they'd charged me about $30 to rotate and balance the tires! When I complained they said it was part of a standard oil change, though it never been before. They offered to re-rotate the tires but I was out of time and just left. For several weeks after that I found oil drips on my driveway but didn't appear to be losing oil based on the dipstick level. I think the ownership change was for the worse.
