We have used Service Experts since they were known as Freschi, a family owned company. Since they went corporate, there were some changes in their promotion policy. Depending on who comes out to advise you, they can present you with some pricey options for improving your system. Nobody has insisted we do anything, so can't complain about their sales tactics. Our techs who come out to service our system, have always been busy with the job at hand. They are always thoughtful and careful of our home, and most tidy up after the job is finished. Our latest tech, Dennis, is quite knowledgeable. They seem to send him out to troubleshoot issues with either the A/C or furnace. He does a great job with the regular servicing as well. We have been fine with our system being cared for by Service Experts over the years. They also have a pleasant office staff to contact with any issues, so it is easy to reach someone when needed.

They tried to charge me for a part they said was defective , but it was not. Had a bad feeling about them, They tried to get me to buy new products. A salesmen seemed seemed to be part of the crew and tried to get me to buy a new furnace. I would not use them unless you had no other options
