What could otherwise have been an excellent job, poor communication between workers during job resulted in errors. Major examples are patio roof post footings not square and plumb (they forgot to check them before the concrete set), retaining wall with "hollowed out" surface due to concrete not filling in completely during poor (they forgot to stamp down the concrete before it set), fence gate shortened and then not re-hung at correct height, etc.
