They have replaced our garage door twice in 20 yrs. That IMO says plenty. However the last time, I was clear that time was of the essence and he showed up with the wrong kit and had to go back and get the right kit and as a result, I feel he rushed. The weather stripping came loose soon after. But we paid for the warranty so it was no problem.
