This is a small company with the owner doing all the work himself -- providing the quote, doing the ordering, all the prep work on the door and installation. He is very precise and attentive to detail and kept the work area clean. There was a small problem in that the door was closed while the paint was still wet and subsequently stuck closed. The owner returned promptly and made the necessary cosmetic repairs.
