We had our cabinets redone approx. 15 years ago with solid wood doors and a clear stain finish. We took good care of them oiling them a couple times a year. The finish is wearing on several of the doors even though they had pulls on them. I was disappointed that Segale pawns off repairs on a contractor that appears to be out of the Country based on the ringtone. I seemed to remember, as does my wife, the installer telling us the finish is guaranteed for life when installed. They now say they are guaranteed for 10 years. Sad that you can't get the original installer to do the repairs - even though we expected to have to pay for it. They may want to rethink that policy.

When the original cabinet maker on our job proved to be incompetent, Segale was brought in to rescue the job. The work was not done as quickly as we would like, but given the problems caused by Celtic Custom Cabinets that required undoing, we couldn't blame Segale. I don't know what it would have been like to work with them from the beginning. They were knowledgable, creative, and thanks to them we can use our kitchen!
