1- they mis-measured by cabinets totally 2- they came at 6:30pm at night, finished at 10pm these guys were tired, hungry and no one could have done an excellent job at the end of a 16 hr day, it was terrible. i was cold, the garage was cold, the sawing was done in the dark outside in the driveway...that is terrible. 3- they would not refund my money 4- they kept me waiting for two weeks for a decision on my request for money back...they refused to accept any responsibility and said that they would re-do the cabinets but at totally different measurements than was needed for the same i had. 5- i told them in the interest of customer service could you please take the cabinets back and refund my money....two weeks later they refused. terrible!
