I brought my car in for a 35,000 mile checkup and mentioned that a warning light had come on saying the filter for the hybrid battery needed attention. They said they would take care of it. Well, got my car back and paid the $800 due and drove home only to have that same light come back on. So I went to YouTube and found that all one has to do is remove the lint and hair from the intake screen which is just below the back seat on the floor (PriusV)...well I found the vent was completely covered in lint and just scratched it off and fixed the problem myself. Have not had a problem since.
