Overall very smart and very good. However, her data entry person last year made a mess of our return. It took a lot of last-minute panic and change to correct mistakes. Then the office printer broke down. Also, Doris' filing system is frightening. She seems to keep precarious stacks of files on her desk. Somehow there has never been a loss or a problem in our experience, but the system seems to me like an accident waiting to happen. We are going to try again this year because Doris is smart and professional over all. We've had serious problems of honesty, willingness to help and mis-filings with cpas we've used in the past. Those issues have never been a problem with Doris, and that is important to us.
