I contacted three trash haulers through their websites on a Friday night, didn't expect to hear fron any of them until Monday, but Nick with Junkcat got back to me that night. I posted photos of my junk pile, and we had an estimate and an appt for pickup before the evening was out. I had a few questions before the day of pickup and answers were always prompt and to the point. The workers where careful, neat, and did a complete job including sweeping up afterwards. I never heard from the other two businesses I contacted. I highly recommend Junkcat.
