I needed a new tax preparer and contacted Just Taxes before the end of the year. He assured me that he would work with me on my taxes. A few months into the new year I was ready to start and emailed and called him. He never responded and after a couple of weeks and multiple attempts of trying to contact him, I decided I needed to find someone else to help me as the deadline was quickly approaching. It was difficult because it was very last minute and everyone was very busy, but I finally found someone else to help me. Just Taxes could have told me told me he could not take me on but just didn’t respond. I eventually had to pay late fees and a penalty for some forms and payments because he left me hanging.
