My advisors are two individuals who act as one to handle my account. They are good listeners and are very patient in explaining the in's and out's of my portfolio and transaction. They are very personable and responsive to my emails. They don't push me into investments or try to upsell me. They even address how my investments outside of Wells Fargo impact my portfolio. I feel like they "get" me. My previous advisor at a small firm, was abrupt with me and implied that it was my fault for my portfolio was not performing well because I wanted to be conservative. I'm glad I found my current WF advisors.
