The dealer does a great job and uses genuine parts. It is too pricy though. If it is a standard job, just look for your trusty neighborhood mechanic. If it is a complex job, usually the dealer is better.

We have had most service and repairs on our 2006 Toyota Prius done here, we recently had 120,000 miles service. The work has been done right the first time, except for one repair that required 3 visits to get it right. Usually they can do the work while I wait. Occasionally it takes longer and I use their shuttle service to get home and back.
