Went in for an advertised oil change and they refused to honor the price. They eventually gave a discount, but they were unpleasant about it. Had some warranty work done and they left a lot of bolts loose and took longer than promised. Never again.

These folks are criminals. They sell you a vehicle on a bait and switch ad and then when you go in for what should be warranty work, they try to charge you for it! Absolutely the worse service. I heard from someone else that was upset with them that the service writers are paid only on commission so they are always overselling to the customers.
