The town inspector says that Moore is in the top 5% of HVAC contractors. I am delighted with the results. I have to say that you need to be prepared for an inefficient office staff. They agreed that they were difficult to work with and promised me a dining certificate, which never materialized.

Moore installed a heat pump system. What we chose, mini-splits, were very expensive, but solved our problems. We love the system. The worker who closed the vents and sealed the closed where the furnace had been located did not do a very good job, but Moore's employees were excellent.

The have raised their prices for maintenance considerably! I will have to use someone else for maintenance. Also 2 years ago I purchased all new HVAC and replaced the ductwork.
