My big mistake going here was using a Groupon which forced me to choose a junior stylist rather than one of the owners. I think if I had been sitting with one of the owners it would have been a completely different experience. The woman I had didn't know what she was doing and it was kind of uncomfortable personality-wise having her cut my hair. I normally love getting my hair cut but I couldn't wait to get out of her chair. The end result was so-so although I did end up cutting some of the unevenness away myself.
