My mom spent about six weeks here and I visited her every day. The Foum has more staff then the other skilled nursing facilities (SNF) that my mom has stayed in (mom is 89 yrs old & has stayed in many). They welcomed my mom here with a glass of wine. They have outstanding physical and OT therapists. The menu of food options was very good. The first night my mom ordered orange roughy with a bearnaise sause, rice pilaf and broccoli, there was a tray of yummy looking desserts to choose from. They CNAs, LVNs and RN's are quite excellent. Mom got pneumonia and they treated her like a queen, and she got better quickly. The director of nursing and all of the admins were top notch. Mom loved the activities. They had church serves brought in, classy musicians and she loved the recreation therapists. Mom did not want to leave when it came time to go home. Their rate per day as of 2015 is $388.00. They take medicare. One con, I wish that the rooms were larger. All of the rooms are shared. The Forum is the SNF with a cruise ship experience.

The Forum Healthcare Center (skilled nursing section) provides care that is exceptional in every way. The staff is professional and loving in assuring that residents are comfortable and able to participate in activities as appropriate. Interaction with residents, family members, medical caregivers and staff is ongoing and friendly. The Forum cannot be praised enough…a rating above "Superior" such as "Exceptional" would more clearly reflect service and experience they provide; Highest recommendations and praise.
