I wanted to lose 35lbs before have surgery, I'm 70yrs. I also, like many have IBS. The first day I tried it I got so sick. If you look on the packages they don't have good nutritious things in them. They were good about returning the money. Only problem is it takes 7-10 days to get your money back after they receive the food back. They do charge you $20 for the return of the food with FedEx. So one days worth of food and we're out 20 bucks!

Does not educate or prepare you for the day you eventually stop eating their own branded products and have to eat/exist in the "real" world.
