We called these guys for an estimate. They were able to answer our questions, and had the fire resistant door I was looking for after reading the wonderful and helpful Consumers' Checkbook article on garage doors. Three layers - steel (24 gague), polyurathane, steel panels AND they could create a piece for the bottom of the door that would conform to the slope of the garage floor due to the fact that we live on a hill. They actually build these doors in-house and we were able to go to their physical showroom in Concord and see the doors we were talking about. Quality stuff from folks who know what they're doing in my opinion and well worth the extra money we paid. If you're shopping for a garage door, I'd recommend you go to their showroom and see for yourself, rather than just look at a picture that a salesperson shows you. They were here yesterday measuring the slope of our garage door for the bottom piece and making a template of what they will use as the bottom panel. Justin was the man who was here, and we were impressed with how knowledgeable and precise he was. The install will be scheduled soon, and I'll see if I can figurre out how to update this rating to reflect how that all goes.

Five stars. A recent garage opener repair and parts replacement. Outstanding service, communication, and installation. They assisted and provided service that were over and beyond that required. It was fair pricing and a clear estimate. Family owned. I have used them twice, once for a completely new garage door and recently for a replacement motor assembly and installation. I highly recommend their company.
